About Series B
Hatz Series B is the most widely used range of small industrial diesel engines. The engines are small, lightweight and universally usable – generators, pumps, agricultural machinery, garden and municipal equipment.
Series B was awarded the EUROMOT innovation prize for the optimal combination of mixture preparation and emission quality. The crankshaft can be positioned either horizontally or vertically, allowing easy integration into different types of machines.
Air cooling eliminates the need for coolant – the engines are resistant to frost, require minimal maintenance and run reliably in extreme working conditions.
Series B variants
Four models cover the power range of 1.5–8.6 kW. All variants are air-cooled.
